WHAT IS CENTRAL PARK SALON SUITES?
Central Park Salon Suites has taken the suite concept and raised the bar. Our mission is to make your dream of owning your salon business come true. We offer the benefit of individual or shared suites that include high end finishes and equipment, custom station cabinetry, major utilities, laundry facilities, free business resources, and much more. Now you can have the high end salon at a price comparable to booth rentals at standard salons!
WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED AT CENTRAL PARK SALON SUITES?
You are closer than you think to owning a salon business. To begin the process you will need to complete our application. Completing the application does not require you lease a suite but will place you on the reservation list and allow you to select the available suite of your choice. Please note that suites are on a first come first serve basis. If you select a suite that shows to be available but has recently been leased and hasn’t been updated in our system, you will be put on the waiting list for that suite and we will contact you before securing your 2nd choice. Prior to opening your new business Central Park Salon Suites requires you have all of the following:
- An approved application
- A current Iowa Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Nail Tech or Massage Therapy license
- General liability and professional liability coverage
- Proof of submitted application for a business license in the state of Iowa
- Have submitted the required security deposit.

For your business to grow, you need to not only keep more of your profits, but have more control of your salon suite. You can determine the hours, pricing and the how and what services and products you sell. Central Park Salon Suites is removing the hassle, worry and costly start-up cost, by providing you a newly renovated and equipped and private salon or spa suite.
We also include utilities, business set up resources, free WiFi, laundry, our experience, and much more. Work the hours that fit your schedule and customers needs. Sharing your profits and having a manager or boss makes it tough to grow or have the lifestyle you truly want.
This is possible at rates that are competitive to booth rentals at a traditional salon. And you will have your own equipment with the ability to customize your suite.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 2906 W. Central Park in Davenport, IA., at our newly renovated salon spa business park.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO SHARE THE SUITE WITH ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL?
Of Course! As we have said, you have complete control. This is your business. It is your choice if you wish to rent/share your chair/suite with additional professionals.
CAN I RE-DECORATE OR PAINT MY SUITE?
Central Park Salon Suites believes your suite is an expression of your personality. Décor such as pictures or mirrors on the walls, larger fixtures, or painting does require the approval of Central Park Salon Suites manager and will be done by working management. Just one more item you do not have to worry about.
*Please note when choosing paints, black and dark colors of the like, neon’s, and highly pigmented colors will not be approved. This includes full wall patterns i.e. Chevron.
